Through the website we post to the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Poland, the Netherlands, Ireland and Romania. If you’re somewhere else, get in touch and we can quote for postage to wherever you are.

Yes. Every order is sent tracked, so you can follow your book from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives. We’ll email your tracking details once it has been posted.

UK delivery is £3.30 for 1 copy and £4.95 for 2 to 5 copies. Delivery to the EU countries we post to is £11 for 1 copy, and to Romania it is £15.50 for 1 copy. All prices include packaging. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay.

We aim to post orders within 2 working days of payment.

UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days of posting. Orders to Europe usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, subject to customs delays. Times can be longer during busy periods.

For orders outside the UK, additional import taxes, customs duties or handling fees may apply. These are not included in our delivery charges and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order. The amount depends on the destination country.

Through the website you can order up to 5 copies to a UK address and 1 copy to any other country we post to. For larger orders, team or event orders, or more copies overseas, get in touch and we’ll arrange it with you directly.

Check your tracking link first. If your book hasn’t arrived when expected, please get in touch with your order details and we’ll look into it. We normally allow 10 working days for UK deliveries and 20 working days for European deliveries before treating a parcel as potentially lost. If there’s a problem, we’ll help sort it out.

We’re sorry about that. Please get in touch with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, including delivery costs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Yes. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just get in touch to let us know, then return the book within the following 14 days.

You’ll need to cover the return postage unless the book is faulty or damaged. We’ll refund the book price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned book or evidence that you’ve sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Payment is taken securely by Stripe. You can pay by debit or credit card, and you’ll get an email receipt as soon as your order is placed.
